The weather was a bit of a disappointment. It rained at least once most days, but we did see sunny breaks. The temperatures were lower than expected. Winds howled across the lagoon to our resort. Waves pounded the reef so the fishing boats were unable to get out of the harbour.
But there were pleasant breaks almost every day. We managed to get some reading done, but we also managed to get out and around. Dining at the restaurants was hit and miss. There was a shortage of fresh fish.
