We have moved. Now our home is Hotel Villa Kiin at the end of North Beach. The distance is only a few miles, but the change in atmosphere is huge. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, the streets were jammed with motorbikes, golf carts and taxis. Latin music was pounding from across the street and people were everywhere. There was some cause for concern.
Monday morning was calm and peaceful.
We have now been here for two days, but Deb has been having trouble keeping her blood sugar level under control. If the problem persists, we may just have to pack up and come home early.
