The Malecon

To get back to the north beach, we began by walking along a pathway overlooking the water.

Someone was feeling whimsical when they hung decorations from pieces of driftwood.
A broken skull is still beautiful.
This side of the island is much more rugged, but there are still small beaches tucked between the rocks.
People can still get into the water.
We stopped for a beer at a beautiful little B&B called Villa La Bella.

Here we met a couple who offered invited us to lunch and offered us lunch and a ride home. Lunch was at Mango Cafe and it was wonderful. I had fish tacos. The ride was back to our hotel in the back of a golf cart.
