From Drummondville, we thought we would be able to reach Tadoussac in one day. We could have, but it would have been a very long day. We cut it short by deciding to stop in Rivière Du Loup. We thought we would take a whale-watching tour from the south shore of the river.
Unfortunately we found out the next day that the whale boat was on an off-season schedule - no boat today. We did find that we quite liked Rivière Du Loup. There are many beautiful, well-kept homes.
