Today is Monday. We are supposed to meet Catriona and Carol in Halifax on Friday, but the hurricane has thrown a wrench into the works. We don't know how this will work itself out.
Dorian did not strike Nova Scotia as badly as it could have, but the winds and the water did leave many people without power. The tour that Catriona and Carol were taking has been cancelled because Cape Breton Island has no power. They are back in Halifax. We are waiting for call from Catriona to see what their plans are now. Will they stay or will they pack up and go home?
Right now our immediate future is flexible.
