A Day With Nothing to do, Except Make Desserts

Today, the only thing on the agenda was making desserts. I spent three hours making Panne (A gelled Vanilla mold), Chocolate Salami (It resembles a salami), and Tiramisu (amazing). Then we relaxed.

We took a little tour of the winery. Deb just asked ans a girl hopped up to put us on the back of a golf cart.

This is the road leading up to the Villa. The trees lining the road ar cypress trees.

There are flowers everywhere and there is an incredibly complex drip retriculation system.

Our dinner was served outside. The paper bags contain silverware and bread.

What better way to end the day.
