Pasta Making

It is day one of my cooking classes: Past Day. Jim is going to work, so Deb is having a rest.
The station is ready. Apparently I am the only student.
Work is underway. First we made the pizza dough for tomorrow. Then we rolled out some pasta. The strips on the right will become wide spaghetti. On the left are the mixings for the ravioli.

They were quite wonderful, but neither of us could finish.
