Today is our last full day in Mexico City and we have a tour booked with MexiTours. The problem is that we don't know when. The tour was booked from Canada and we expected to find out about details when we checked into our hotel yesterday. Nobody contacted us or left a message. We emailed our travel agent in Canada and she gave us an emergency contact number which didn't work. The desk personnel tried to help, but couldn't contact Mexitours.
Our problem was solved by accident when a tour agent in the lobby tried to sell us a new tour. She knew how to contact Mexitours and found our when we would be picked up. We leave in 45 minutes.
